Akiko Hirai

Akiko Hirai produces both practical and decorative ceramic ware that is held in private collections and museums worldwide. Her Japanese background and aesthetics strongly influence her ceramic work while her pieces are also perfectly rooted in contemporary designs.

Craig Underhill

Craig was born in Glasgow, Scotland. He graduated with a Higher National Diploma in Ceramics at Harrow College, then gained a BA(Hons) Fine Art specialising in Ceramics at Portsmouth Polytechnic. He has taught extensively and became a professional member of the Craft Potters Association in 2005.

Tim Andrews

Tim works from his studio/gallery and garden in an East Devon village, making and curating exhibitions and occasionally writing. It’s a combination of the immersion in his local environment with the many invitations to exhibit/lecture around the world that has influenced his work for well over forty years. Some of Tim’s favourite adventures have been in China, India, Australia - and many times in Japan, which has reconnected him with his family history in that country, which stretches back almost 150 years.

Lowri Davies

Having practiced as a ceramic artist since 2001, Lowri predominantly creates decorative bone china tableware from her studio in Cardiff.
Lowri's early work was very much about documenting a way of life that was disappearing. She deliberately uses industrial processes to create her work, but on a very small scale. It is the same process that was used to make most of the ceramics that adorned her Nain’s home (grandmother).

Antonia Salmon’s ceramic sculptures have been exhibited and sold into collections throughout the UK and internationally for over 35 years. She has also worked with interior designers and individuals to complete commissions for corporate, hotel and home collections.

Jaejun Lee

Jaejun Lee is a Korean ceramicist based in the UK. After completing both his BFA and MFA at Seoul National University, he moved to the UK from South Korea in 2018 on a Tier 1 ‘Exceptional Talent’ visa from the Arts Council England. He specialises in porcelain and makes both artistic and functional ware. He aims to communicate a message of functionality and beauty through his work. Jaejun wishes for the objects to enrich and enhance people’s everyday lives.
